About the job

You will be the first human voice customers hear after they ask about Testiy. Your work is to call, explain the portal in plain language, and stay with them while they start their job-document check. You do not write verification findings yourself. You educate, communicate, and help the customer finish the steps on the website.

You join a small startup team working across India and Germany.

Your responsibilities

  • Call and follow up with every assigned customer lead the same day.
  • Explain Testiy clearly: an independent job-verification portal for job offers and work documents.
  • Answer customer questions in Malayalam, Hindi, or English, and stay on the conversation until they know the next step.
  • Guide customers through www.testiy.com — join, upload, and complete their check.
  • Keep a simple record of each lead: what was said, what they did, and what comes next.

What we look for

  • Fluent spoken Malayalam, Hindi, and English. Any additional language is an advantage.
  • Your own smartphone and laptop, with a stable internet connection.
  • Clear, patient communication — comfortable on the phone for most of the day.
  • Willingness to follow a script and the Testiy process, then ask for help when something is new.
  • Freshers are welcome. Prior telecalling or customer-support experience is useful, not required.
